Refund eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of purchase. Eligibility depends on program usage and type.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds are not provided if a significant portion of the program is accessed or mentorship sessions are completed.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
